Son only, for two days and two nights, and the organisers are right that very few events anywhere do this. Almost everywhere else son gets an hour inside a broader Cuban programme, taught to people who came for casino. Here there is nothing else on the timetable. The structure follows from that. Fixed groups at each level rather than a pick-your-own grid, places deliberately limited, and enough teacher attention for individual corrections. It is closer to a course than to a weekend of workshops. There is also a teacher training strand, with theory, teaching methodology and a certificate of participation, alongside beginner and show bootcamps. That makes it useful to people who want to teach son, not only dance it, which is rarer still. The name comes from a line in a classic son, el son es lo más sublime para el alma divertir, and the whole weekend is framed around 1920s Havana. Same organisers as La Descarga, in the same club.
