Havana meets Santo Domingo: a Cuban and Dominican weekend outside Troyes, in its second edition.
La Gozadera XL is in its second edition, held at Latinea in Saint-André-les-Vergers, on the edge of Troyes in Champagne.
The premise is in the strapline: cuando La Habana se cruza con Santo Domingo, when Havana meets Santo Domingo. Cuban salsa, casino and timba on one side, Dominican bachata on the other. That is a more deliberate pairing than the usual salsa-and-bachata billing, where the two often just share a building.
Troyes is about an hour and a half from Paris by train.
