The Istanbul World Dance Congress runs a second edition each spring at the Pullman Istanbul Hotel and Convention Center, pitched as the more polished counterpart to the summer event.
Everything happens in one building: workshops, performances, parties and rooms. Like the summer edition, the programme is broad Latin rather than Cuban, covering salsa, bachata, bachata fusion and kizomba.
One thing to check before booking travel: the organisers' own page advertises 17 to 23 March, which is longer than the dates on the ticket listing.
